Office

While up in North Jersey for my son’s piano competition (and he rocked it by the way, thanks for asking), we decided to meet up with some friends at The Office in Montclair to get a bite to eat. According to their menu, they have a couple different styles of sauce for the wings: Buffalo, Fireball, Southwest Sweet Heat, Ginger Teriyaki, and Arrogant Bastard BBQ Sauce. You know me, I always tend to stick to the Buffalo style sauces to keep (read more…)

FamishedFrog

While up in North Jersey for St. Patrick’s Day weekend, we stumbled across a place in Morristown called The Famished Frog. I found this fitting because a frog is green which is perfect for this particular holiday, AND I was indeed famished, so it just made sense. We were seated in the restaurant side seeing how my son was with us, but you could hear all the fun goings-on in the bar area with everyone celebrating in classic St. Paddy’s fashion. The little guy (read more…)

Only one way to know for sure, so we head down to Westville to see what’s on the menu wing-wise.

Schileens offers Mild, Hot, Garlic, BBQ, Honey Mustard, or their (read more…)

RustyBarrel

I was down near Atlantic City for work, and on my way back I passed through Egg Harbor City which has a neighborhood bar that’s known for their wings. Now when I say neighborhood bar, I mean it. The Rusty Barrel is located on the corner of St. Louis and Buerger smack dab in the middle of houses, not strip malls or parking lots, but actual houses. This is great if you live nearby and frequent the joint because you would never have to find a designated driver. This is definitely my kind of bar.

I walk in the door and couldn’t find a seat because (read more…)

deliciouseheights

After doing some work up in Berkeley Heights, the group and I decided to grab a bite to eat for lunch. One local we were with recommended a place nearby called Delicious Heights, so we took his suggestion and made our way to the bar for some food. Food for me always means wings, and I was eager to try a new place.

We made our way into this fancy-type restaurant, passed by (read more…)
