During my travels to Los Angeles, I thought it would be nice to head to the beach. And what a better place to do that than Hermosa Beach? I remember my first trip to Chicago very well. I was up there on business and thought I would visit an old friend for dinner. Usually with chain restaurants, you are left at the hands of a stock formula and the chef on duty that particular night. So I tried my best to give the most accurate judging based on the overall circumstance.
